Just a link, but a good one.

How to Know When Yoga is Working for You, via Elephant Journal.

My favorite from the list:
9. You no longer think about what you're cooking for dinner while in Savasana.

What's your favorite way to know the yoga is working for you? It doesn't have to be from this list, either. :)

  2. My favorite: 10. Your body no longer aches when you practice yoga, it aches when you don’t.

For me: Not needing a sweat towel because I like the way it drips off my lips.

    I really enjoyed that!

  3. For me, it's when I can feel The Zone, the one that I'm in during my practice, so strongly that I can feel it draining away during savasana.

  4. Cool post, Catherine. And the link is great too!

Martina, I love BOTH of yours! I would also have put #10. My back is achin' right now, and I know it doesn't hurt like this on days when I practice!

For my own, I know yoga is working because it gets me to the point where I want to fall apart and then I get back together. I think that's the good stuff!

  6. For me, it's when, at the end of class, I think, "it's over already?"

    Fun list! Thanks!
